SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 
  •  The Minimum Order Amount to qualify for free shipping is $1000.

  • All orders placed before 2 PM NZST on weekdays will be processed and dispatched the same day.

  • All orders places after 2 PM NZST on weekends will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

  • All orders placed on New Zealand public holidays will be processed on next business day.

  • All shipping is booked as an overnight delivery,   

    Estimated delivery for non-Rural area 1-2 working days

    Estimated delivery for Rural area are 1-4 days

  • Puffland Wholesale bears no liability for delay caused by shipping companies.

  • At some events, Puffland wholesale may halt your shipment and ask the buyer additional information in order to book a delivery, if the delivery address is not correct and should there be any shipping related issue, we will contact you via phone or email to rectify the issue.

  • Once the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, we are no longer accountable for redirection. The buyer needs to get in touch with the respective shipping company along with the shipment details and organize the redirection by themself. Puffland wholesale will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damages if the parcel is redirected.

  • Lost or missing parcels are to be reported to the respective shipping company within 14 days or less. Different Shipping Companies has their own Terms and condition and time frames of sorting out the Lost or missing parcel. Not being able to meet their requirement may result in no compensation from the Shipping company.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

    Without limiting any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act Puffland Wholesale will fulfil its obligation.

 

  1. All the claims of missing or Misplaced parcels are to be made within 14 days of the delivery.

  2. Puffland wholesale has to be contacted by phone or email before returning the products.

  3. Products damaged or faulty upon arrival are to be reported to Puffland Wholesale within 7 days of delivery.

  4. In any unlikely event if Puffland wholesale accidentally misplaced or supplied the buyer any wrong product, the buyer is required to contact the Puffland Wholesale Customer support at info@pufflandwholesale.nz as soon as possible to organize the return in order to get it exchanged. Any misplaced or wrongly supplied should be organized to ship back in an unopened and unused condition.

  5. Any item purchased on sale and clearance is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  6. Electronic products like Vapes mods, vape devices, Dry Vaporizers, Scales, Electronic Grinders, Batteries, Chargers has different warranty periods.

  7. Electronic cigarette devices, vape devices, Vaporizers will be accepted for inspection for warranty with a proof of purchase.

  8. Warranty only covers manufacturing faults. Puffland Wholesale can refuse the warranty in case of damage caused by misuse, Incorrect installation or incorrect storage, any accidental or indirect damages.

  9. Batteries, scales, chargers and electronic grinders have different life-spans and recharging cycles and they all have different warranty periods please check it with Puffland Wholesale customer support to agree on return periods.

  10. Puffland wholesale does not guarantee to accept return or exchange products on change of mind condition. Puffland wholesale reserves the right to refuse the return with appropriate reason.

  11. The buyer will be liable for the shipping fee in case of return or exchange on change of mind.

  12. Once the item is received it will undergo a review and once approved, the buyer will either receive an exchange, credit back or refund.

  13. Goods returned in case change of mind/or any other reason 25% stock return policy will be deducted on credit note otherwise will be applied to your account in case of overdue account. 

 

EXPIRED GOODS RETURN

 

1. Expired goods for E-Juice and Disposable vapes are subjected to notify to Puffland Wholesale Representative at least 30 days prior of the expiry date on the goods. 

2. Puffland Wholesale has full right of refusal for any product that are already expired or expiring in less than 30 days. 

 

BILLING AND ACCOUNT

Puffland Wholesale holds the right to decline any order you place with us. We may restrict or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order at our sole discretion. These limitations may involve orders made by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make any changes or cancel an order, we may attempt to inform you by reaching out to the email and/or billing address/phone number that you provided when placing the order. We have the right to restrict or forbid orders that we believe, or closure of the customers account with or without notice at our sole judgment, were made by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Using our store, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions. You also agree to update your account and other details, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, promptly so that we can finalize your transactions and contact you if necessary.
